Description: OFR Dev LLC proposes to construct approximately 49,244 square feet of gross floor area divided between two buildings, Building A and Building B. Building A, located at 25 Fountain Street, will contain approximately 37,238 square feet of gross floor area in a four-story homeownership building (over one level of enclosed parking) that includes approximately 42 units, 7,725 square feet of parking for residents, and bike storage. Building B, located at 50 Regent Street, will contain approximately 12,006 square feet of gross floor area in a three-story homeownership walk up building that includes approximately 9 units. 26 of the units will be deed-restricted for people earning at or below 100 percent of the area median income. The Proposed Project is in the Washington Park Urban Renewal Area, and requires a Minor Modification of the Urban Renewal Plan to adjust dimensional requirements. The Proposed Project also requires a fourth amendment to the Land Disposition Agreement for the parcel.
