Description:

The development team of The Community Builders ("TCB") and Pine Street Inn ("PSI") is proposing a six-story, new construction, mixed-use building to serve two populations: the formerly homeless and families with a range of incomes. The project will consist of an estimated 225 affordable residential units, with 140 units designated for supportive housing for individuals served by PSI. The remaining 85 units will be available to households earning between 60% and 80% of area median income.

This public meeting is part of the Article 80 Review process for this development.

The general objective and goals for the meeting will be to:
  1. provide an update on the project design
  2. review programmatic considerations;
  3. discuss questions on potential impacts
