The Madison Tropical Development is a three-phase project which is sponsored by the development team of Madison Park Development Corporation ("MPDC") and Tropical Foods.

Phase One consists of the now completed expansion of Tropical Foods Market into a 40,000 SF newly constructed building with associated parking.

Phase Two is a mixed use development which consists of the creation of 23 rental units along with small ground floor commercial/retail through the construction of approximately 44,000SF on the site of the former Tropical Foods including the refurbishing of that building.
