Description:

This meeting is being organized as an opportunity for updates on the Tremont Crossing Project as well as a review of environmental considerations/findings for the Parcel P3 Site as required through the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection's ("MassDEP") Public Involvement Process ("PIP".)

As part of the Public Involvement Process for the Parcel P-3 site on Whittier Street, the BPDA is hosting a public information meeting about future plans for this site. The purpose of this meeting is to present a new draft Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) Phase I Initial Site Investigation and to provide an update on redevelopment and cleanup plans for the site. Copies of the draft Phase I report will be made available at the meeting. The site is tracked by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) under Release Tracking Number (RTN) 3-15009.

At this time, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is continuing to host public meetings in a virtual setting for the health, safety, and accessibility of Boston residents. For more information and updates, visit bostonplans.org.
