175 Ipswich Street, LLC proposes an approximately 91,500 square foot, approximately 5,400 person capacity performing arts center. The proposed project is located on a 64,700 square foot parcel at the corner of Ipswich and Landsdowne streets, adjacent to Fenway Park.
