The Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) in collaboration with other City of Boston departments invited the Downtown community to participate in the PLAN: Downtown Vision Workshop. The workshop explored and prioritized draft values & goals for this planning initiative. The event began with a brief presentation explaining the PLAN: Downtown initiative. Attendees then broke  into small groups to discuss the following topics:

• Equity
• Climate Resiliency and Preservation
• Mobility
• Public Realm & Identity
• Vibrant Mixed-use Core
• The Future of Downtown

波士顿规划与开发局(BPDA)与其他波士顿市政府部门合作，邀请市中心社区居民参与规划：市中心愿景研讨会于2019年4月30日举行讨论会探讨了本次规划创新的愿景陈述和目标并确定了优先级别。参加者分成小组讨论了以下主题：

• 气候抵抗性和保留
• 流动性
• 公共空间和形象
• 有活力的市中心/混合使用核心
• 市中心的未来

Vision Survey / 愿景研讨会调查

Community members who could not attend the Workshop were encouraged to complete an online survey. This survey replicated some of the discussion questions from the PLAN: Downtown Vision Workshop. Responses to this survey are currently being complied and will be shared anonymously with the Vision Workshop feedback on the project website— http://bit.ly/plandowntownboston. 

本调查复制了部分规划的讨论主题：市中心愿景研讨会针对不能参加探讨会的市中心社区成员。大家为调查提供的答复将与愿景研讨会的反馈合并，并匿名在项目网站与大家分享。
