Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting to discuss the proposed project at 99 A Street in South Boston.

AL South Boston Owner 1, LLC and AL South Boston Owner 2, LLC (together, the "Proponent") submitted a Project Notification Form to the Boston Planning & Development Agency on March 22nd, 2019 proposing the construction of a new life sciences building totaling approximately 210,000 square feet of gross floor area, a first-level loading dock, basement-level parking for approximately 76 vehicles, and the possibility of a small retail or similar space.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
