MG2 Group, LLC propose to construct a four-story, mixed-use development totaling approximately 28,050 square feet. The proposed project will have twenty-seven (27) units which includes four (4) IDP Units, and one (1) commercial unit. In addition, the development will have twenty-five (25) off-street parking spaces.
