Description:

MG2 Group, LLC propose to construct a six-story, mixed-use development totaling approximately 37,400 square feet. The proposed project will have twenty-five (25) rental units which includes three (3) IDP Units (affordable), and approximately 10,700 square feet of commercial retail space.
