The First Amendment is seeking to amend the Development Plan to: (1) substitute 345 Harrison LLC (the "Proponent") for the former owner, F8345 Harrison Owner, LLC; (2) clarify the uses allowed within the project site to enable the Proponent to better activate the non-residential spaces within the Project, including retail/commercial uses as specified in the First Amendment (the "Proposed Uses"); and (3) make revisions to the Development Plan to incorporate the Proposed Uses.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts.
