The proponents of Tremont Crossing—P3 Partners LLC—is a partnership between Elma Lewis Partners and FeldCo Development Corporation. The entity currently holds a Tentative Designation as Redeveloper of Parcel P3; and is working toward Final Designation.

The proposed project includes an expanded National Center of African American Artists as well as significant retail, housing and office uses as well as the construction of a parking structure.
