Description:

The revised Hood Park Master Plan project consists of a total of approximately 1,735,745 square feet of development spread among a total of 11 buildings with a variety of uses including commercial, office, residential, hotel, and retail (the "Proposed Project").

This particular meeting will focus on the proposed Amended and Restated Planned Development Area ("PDA") Master Plan for the Proposed Project, Development Plan for 10 Stack Street, and First Amendment to the Development Plan for 100 Hood Park Drive that was submitted by Hood Park LLC (the "Proponent") to the BPDA on December 11, 2018.

The public is encouraged to attend.
