Description: Bartlett Place is a multi-phase development which has completed initial phases of infrastructure work and commenced construction of homeownership unit associated with the project. This meeting is a follow-up to the Project Review Discussion of September 25th. Bartlett Place Lot D is the proposed senior housing program of the master planned Bartlett Place Planned Development Area (“PDA”). The development team of Nuestra CDC and Preservation of Affordable Housing (“POAH”) proposes a building on the site that will include 52 new units for seniors age 55 and older, as well as amenity space and a community art gallery. The meeting is being held as part of the Article 80 process for Small Project Review.
