Description: The Tremont Crossing Project on Parcel P-3 is a two phase development which consists of a mix of uses totaling approximately 1,928,400 SF that includes the National Center for African American Artists, large- and medium-sized retail, office, two towers of rental residential units and an above ground parking structure of 548,700 SF.
