On August 13, 2018, Addison Street Partners LLC (the "Proponent") submitted a Draft Project Impact Report ("DPIR") to the BPDA in connection with the 144 Addison Street project in East Boston (the "Proposed Project"). The Proposed Project, as described in the DPIR, consists of the construction of two (2), five (5) story residential buildings that will include approximately 270 residential units and 179 off-street vehicle parking spaces. On August 20, 2018 the Proponent submitted a proposed Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 120 in connection with the Proposed Project.
