On August 13, 2018, Addison Street Partners LLC (the &quot;Proponent&quot;) submitted a Draft Project Impact Report (&quot;DPIR&quot;) to the BPDA in connection with the 144 Addison Street project in East Boston (the &quot;Proposed Project&quot;). The Proposed Project, as described in the DPIR, consists of the construction of two (2), five (5) story residential buildings that will include approximately 270 residential units and 179 off-street vehicle parking spaces. On August 20, 2018 the Proponent submitted a proposed Development Plan for Planned Development Area No. 120 in connection with the Proposed Project.
