Description:

Public meeting to review and discuss the proposed changes to the previously approved building to be located at 211 Condor Street in East Boston ("211 Condor Street)". On June 26, 2018, Condor Street Condominiums, LLC submitted a revised plan for 211 Condor Street. The approved project program includes 12 residential units and 11 off-street parking spaces and the proposed change is a redesigned exterior building facade. The public is encouraged to attend.
