Description:

Public Meeting for the proposed redevelopment of the site located at 233 Hancock Street. The Proposed Project entails the construction of a new five-story, multi-use building containing 36 residential rental units, 850 square feet of ground-floor retail space, 400 square feet of ground-floor gallery space, and 22 accessory off-street parking spaces located in the building's street level garage.
