Description:

54 Pleasant Street, LLC proposes to construct a three-story, residential development totaling approximately 22,530 square feet. The proposed project will have seventeen (17) condominium units which includes two (2) IDP Units (affordable). In addition, the development will have below-grade, garage parking for up to twenty (20) spaces.
