Description:

This meeting will begin with a tour of the site at 6 PM, then continue in the community room of the South Boston Public Library at 7 PM.

HRP 776 Summer Street LLC proposes to redevelop an approximately 15.2-acre site located at 776 Summer Street in the South Boston neighborhood of Boston. The rehabilitated and new buildings are anticipated upon completion of the full build-out to contain approximately 2.1 million square feet of residential, office, hotel, retail, restaurant, and other commercial uses, together with ancillary parking.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Impact Advisory Group (IAG) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
