Description:

Shetland Street, LLC proposes to construct a four-story, residential development totaling approximately 49,999 square feet. The proposed project will have fifty-seven (57) rental units which includes seven (7) IDP Units (affordable). In addition, the development will have parking for up to fifty-two (52) spaces. The meeting will be held at the Project Site.
