Description:

K & K Development, Inc. propose to construct a four-story, residential development totaling approximately 22,544 square feet. The proposed project will have nineteen (19) condominium units which includes two (2) IDP Units. In addition, the development will have at-grade, garage parking for up to twenty-one (21) spaces.
