Description:

Joint Impact Advisory Group (IAG) meeting to discuss the following projects:

1.125 Sumner Street- We will be reviewing/discussing the latest revisions to the proposed 125 Sumner Street project and associated community benefits.

2.Clippership Wharf- We will be reviewing/discussing a recently filed Notice of Project Change (NPC) that seeks to amend how the development team intends to meet their affordable housing requirements.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Impact Advisory Group (IAG) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
