Description:

Transcend, LLC proposes to construct a five-story, residential development totaling approximately 26,548 square feet. The proposed project will have sixteen (16) condominium units including two (2) IDP Units. In addition, the development will have at-grade, garage parking for up to seventeen (17) spaces.

An alternate date of Monday, January 30 at 6:30 PM is scheduled in the event of inclement weather on January 23.
