Trinity Orient Heights Limited Partnership (the "Proponent") seeks to redevelop the existing Boston Housing Authority ("BHA") owned public housing development located in the Orient Heights section of East Boston.

The Proposed Project will consist of the demolition of the existing 331 public housing units and the construction of 373 new housing units in a combination of townhouses and mid-rise buildings. The Proposed Project will also include a new community center and management office, a new public park, and roadway connectivity improvements. Approximately 212 off-street and 106 on-street vehicle parking spaces will be provided to support the project.
