Rafi Properties, LLC (the "Proponent") seeks to redevelop an approximately 3,684 square foot parcel currently occupied by the former Felt Nightclub, located at 533 Washington Street in the Downtown Crossing neighborhood. The 533 Washington Street project (the "Proposed Project") consists of the demolition of the existing building with the exception of its facade and the construction of an approximately 105,000 square foot, thirty (30) story mixed-use building with approximately 94 residential units, restaurant/retail space, and non-profit incubator office space.
