The proposed project consists of the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of ​a ​​new mixed-use, 36,856 ​gross square foot​ building at ​120 West 4th Street (also known as 33 A Street) in South Boston. The proposed project will include nine (9) residential units, ground floor retail space, a photography studio, and thirty (30) off-street parking spaces.
