This is a BRA IAG / Community Meeting for the Proposed Fenway Point project Notice of Project Change (NPC) and Planned Development Area (PDA). The NPC describes the proposal by Fenway Ventures Point Properties, LLC (the Proponent) to develop a 30-story mixed use building totaling approximately 390,460 gsf with approximately 240 rental apartments, 109 for-sale condominium units and approximately 20,000 gsf of retail space (the Proposed Development).

 

The BRA will solicit comments until January 24th at 5:00 PM.
